Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 14th, 2026

This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes how Levangie Laboratories, Inc. ("LLABS," "we," "us," or "our") handles payments, credits, and refund requests for our Services. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. By purchasing credits or paying for any Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Our Billing Model

Our Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis using account credits. Credits are purchased in U.S. dollars via our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and are added to your account balance. Credits are consumed as you use the Services.

Credits are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and not transferable. Credits may only be used to access Services provided by LLABS, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to any other person or account.

2. All Purchases Are Final

All purchases of credits and all fees paid for Services are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they are not eligible for a refund, including in the following circumstances:

  • Credits that have been consumed, in whole or in part, through use of the Services
  • Unused credits remaining on your account
  • Credits added automatically through auto-reload (which you may disable at any time in your account settings)
  • Charges for Services already rendered

3. Exceptions at Our Discretion

Although all purchases are final, LLABS may, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue a credit adjustment or partial refund in limited circumstances, including:

  • A verified duplicate charge
  • A charge resulting from demonstrated unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method
  • A clear billing error on our part
  • A material Service outage or defect that prevented you from using credits you purchased

Any exception under this Section is granted at our sole discretion, is not a waiver of this Policy, and does not create any right to a refund in any other circumstance.

4. Auto-Reload

If you enable auto-reload, your payment method on file will be charged automatically when your credit balance falls below the threshold you selected. You are responsible for monitoring your account and may disable auto-reload at any time from your account settings. Charges processed prior to you disabling auto-reload are final and subject to this Policy.

5. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception under Section 3, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge at the email address below. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your LLABS account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • Your Stripe receipt or transaction ID, if available
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to exception requests within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account. We will cooperate with legitimate disputes through Stripe's dispute process, but reserve all rights to contest disputes we believe are unwarranted.

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, any unused credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you voluntarily close your account, unused credits are likewise forfeited and non-refundable.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract, including, where applicable, rights under European Union, United Kingdom, or California consumer protection laws. Where such laws apply, this Policy is to be read consistently with those rights.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and is subject to the dispute resolution and governing law provisions of our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
